Before your tan please exfoliate thoroughly. DO NOT apply moisturiser, deodorant, or shave immediately before. Please wear loose fitting clothes and avoid getting wet for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight. Shower as normal the following day and apply plenty of moisturiser to maintain your tan.
